For companies that need their system to create value for decision-making, not just record what happened. We work with you to align your processes and technology, with Odoo ERP at the core, so the system becomes a driver for your business.
An ERP shouldn't just record what already happened. We work with companies that need reliable information to make decisions and are willing to align their processes with technology, together with us.
Management needs to see today's margin, inventory, receivables and cash flow, not last month's.
Sales, purchasing, inventory or production that today depend on spreadsheets and a few key people.
An internal owner and a team willing to rethink how they work: the system is designed with you, not for you.
They plan to grow, open branches or enter new markets, and need a foundation that scales with the business.
ALIGNED PROCESSES + INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGY + INFORMATION TO DECIDE = A SYSTEM THAT DRIVES YOUR BUSINESS
The warning signs are almost always the same. If you recognize three or more, staying where you are already costs more than implementing a system.
The system says one thing, the warehouse says another, and everyone has accepted they'll never match.
Finding out what an order or a customer actually earned you means opening three files and waiting until month-end.
E-invoices are issued in one tool, and then someone keys them in all over again.
Manual reconciliations, last-minute adjustments and numbers nobody signs off on with confidence.
Orders, quotes and sales follow-up scattered across spreadsheets and personal phones.
If that person is out, operations grind to a halt. That's a risk, not a habit.

Sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, manufacturing, point of sale, CRM and HR on a single database. We configure what Odoo already handles and custom-build only what your operation truly needs, using proprietary modules proven in production.
Every industry has a point where a generic system falls short. That's where we work.
High-volume order picking, delivery routes, customer-specific price lists, and credit control that can put invoicing on hold.
Manufacturing orders, raw material consumption, costing, and discount policies with margin-based approval so sales don't eat into your profit.
Consistent warehouse, journal and fiscal document numbering for each branch, cash register closing aligned with e-invoicing, and direct thermal printing.
Multiple legal entities in a single instance, with inter-company validations, consolidation and per-company permissions.
Make a number exist, and make a process stop depending on someone’s memory. In all three the sequence was the same: align the process to the system, make the metric possible, then let the business manage it.
Cost entered in dollars, spent months in transit, and revenue left in colones: nobody knew what a sale actually earned. Today every sale is linked to its purchases and landed cost, and the sales strategy focuses on the most profitable lines.
An auto-body shop that follows each vehicle through twelve stages, measures service levels and technician productivity, and captures insurer documents with AI. The bottleneck was not where management thought.
Orders travelled in a spreadsheet over WhatsApp and were re-keyed. Today they are created in Odoo instantly, with prices, stock and credit validated. The same team, the same customer, a different speed.
Here's what the journey looks like: we bring order to the operation, connect the systems you already use, and turn the information into dashboards management can read at a glance.
Orders, inventory, invoicing and collections stop living in spreadsheets and stray emails.
Odoo sits at the center and connects to your bank, e-invoicing, WhatsApp and in-house systems.
Margin, cash flow, receivables and productivity on dashboards that update themselves.
We don't start with technology, we start with the problem. An ERP implementation fails when it's treated as an installation; we work with you on it as a process redesign, in phases, with deliverables you can validate.
We map your real processes with the people who run them: bottlenecks, controls and the data management needs.
Phased scope, the accounting and inventory model, and what gets configured versus what gets custom-built.
Configuration, data migration, testing with real data and role-based training.
We stay with you through the first month-end close and the first inventory count, then keep improving with automation and AI.
PROCESSES → DATA → AUTOMATION → AI → RESULTS

It depends on the modules, the state of your data and how much custom development you need. Instead of a generic number, our calculator gives you a realistic range in about two minutes, without asking for your contact details.
With your operation organized in Odoo, the next step is taking manual work off your team's plate and connecting the rest of your tools.
Agents that query the ERP, automatic reading of invoices and documents, and copilots that answer with your company's real data.
Workflows that generate, validate and send documents, replenish inventory based on rules, and alert you before something turns into a problem.
WhatsApp, banking, eCommerce, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and in-house systems connected to Odoo, so copy-and-paste becomes a thing of the past.
ERPLEXIA is the consultancy of Leonel Guillén, an ERP consultant and developer of proprietary modules on Odoo 19 Enterprise, and an Official Odoo Partner for Central America and Panama. Before focusing on Odoo, he worked as a cybersecurity engineer in banking and at a multinational operating in five countries, and he holds a master's degree in IT Systems Management and the Odoo 19 Functional Certification issued by Odoo S.A.
That's why every project combines consulting and engineering: understanding how your company operates, then writing, versioning and deploying the code that supports your business rules, with traceability and permissions from day one.
Discovery with the people who do the work, not with the manual.
We don't build what Odoo already does. We say no when that's the right call.
Everything is deployed through Git, with testing kept separate from production.
Real problem, solution, result. No unnecessary jargon.

ComparisonCost, flexibility and implementation time.
What almost every company asks before implementing an ERP.
A standard implementation for an SMB takes 8 to 16 weeks, depending on the modules and the state of your current data. Projects that include electronic invoicing with Hacienda (Costa Rica's tax authority) and payroll with the CCSS (Costa Rica's social security fund) need additional testing time.
It depends on the modules, the number of users, the quality of your data and any custom development. The investment calculator gives you a realistic range in two minutes, and this guide explains what each component includes.
Yes. Odoo issues and receives electronic tax documents in line with current regulations, including invoices, electronic receipts (tiquetes), credit and debit notes, and acceptance messages. Details in electronic invoicing 4.4.
Yes. We migrate the chart of accounts, opening balances, customers, vendors, inventory and relevant documents. Detailed historical accounting is usually kept as a reference archive while Odoo starts with validated opening balances.
First we check whether configuration can solve it, because that's cheaper to maintain. If it's truly needed, we build a custom module on Odoo 19 Enterprise, versioned in Git and owned by your company.
Yes. We serve companies in Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, El Salvador and the rest of Central America, as well as companies in the United States, with support in Spanish and English.
What you can expect from us from day one, whether or not we end up working together.
Custom development is owned by your company and version-controlled in Git.
The rules specific to your business and your data are never shared with anyone.
So you can upgrade versions without getting trapped by a customization.
You know what each phase includes and what it costs; we quote fixed scope wherever possible.
Every change goes through a staging environment with a copy of your operation first.
To every request, with a real person on the other end, not a bot.
A conversation about your operation, with no commitment and no technical jargon. By the end, you'll know whether Odoo is the right tool for your company and where it makes sense to start.
