How we work
We transform processes into intelligent systems. This is the way of working behind that line: what we always do, what we never do, and why.
In banking, in multinationals operating across several countries and in education, we saw the same thing: a system was bought and implemented, and the operation still lived in spreadsheets. The system became a place to record, not a place to work.
Our approach starts by changing that concept. Most companies see software as the place where they write down what already happened; we see it as a solution that executes the digitized processes and, precisely because of that, produces the data used to make informed decisions. Transformation is not installing technology; it is the company operating differently the next day.
We bring that idea to mid-sized companies in the region with the same engineering discipline a large organization applies to its core systems, at a price a family-owned distributor can afford.
Each step depends on the one before it. AI is the fourth step, not the first: a model reasoning over a messy process only produces mess faster. That is why AI comes in once the process lives in the ERP and its numbers are reliable.
It is always easier to bend software than habit. We work with your team so the operation follows a clear process inside Odoo, instead of forcing the system to imitate the old spreadsheets.
In parallel, we design dashboards so management can understand its environment at a glance: margin, inventory, receivables, delivery times and service levels, updated on their own.
“A process that is correct but invisible to management is only half implemented.”
First the problem and the processes, then the solution. It reaches production with good practices and without touching Odoo’s core, so your company is never frozen at one version.
If Odoo already has a pricing or approval engine, that is the only one. We have retired our own modules before production when they duplicated something that already existed — a cost we absorb rather than leave as technical debt.
We deliver ecosystems of small modules, not monoliths. You install what your operation needs; what you don’t need simply isn’t installed.
Everything goes out through Git to Odoo.sh, tested first on a staging branch. Migration scripts start in dry-run mode, and there are no manual changes in production.
“The customization that won the deal becomes, three years later, the reason the client cannot upgrade.”
When your company needs something Odoo does not solve natively, we build it together with you using best practices. From the start, we explain that the general part of that solution will become a module in our suite. The rules specific to your business and your data are yours and are never shared.
In return, you gain two things: your solution does not end up as isolated code nobody updates, but is maintained and evolves with each Odoo version; and every improvement other projects contribute to that module reaches you too. It is a model where everyone contributes and everyone benefits.
An agent is one more user, not a shortcut. It acts with the same permissions as a person, limited by company, and every action it writes to the system is logged. We use AI and automation where people transcribe — documents, orders, WhatsApp conversations — and strict control wherever it touches the books. More in AI for business.
Our view comes from banking cybersecurity and third-party risk management. The ERP is the crown jewel: it holds the price list, the customer portfolio, the payroll and the tax filings. So we are clear about what each party does.
Odoo and Odoo.sh encrypt data in transit and at rest, isolate each database, replicate backups across several data centres and provide staging environments with copies of production.
No changes to the core, no queries built by concatenating text, role-based permissions, record rules and barriers between companies from day zero. Every change goes through staging first.
Mandatory two-factor authentication, least privilege reviewed every quarter, hash locking of posted entries, an independent backup you test, and changes only through staging.
Make a number exist, and make a process stop depending on someone’s memory.
Money
An auto-parts importer with margin blindness: cost enters in dollars, spends months in transit, and revenue leaves in colones. We linked each sale to its purchases and landed cost. Today the sales strategy focuses on the lines that improve profitability.
Time
An auto-body and paint shop. Suite Taller 360 follows each vehicle through twelve stages, measures service levels and technician productivity, and AI capture eliminated manual retyping of parts lists. The bottleneck was not where management thought.
Speed
Orders travelled in a spreadsheet over WhatsApp and were re-keyed. Today they are created in Odoo in real time, with prices, stock and credit validated on the spot. Double entry is gone and the time to dispatch got shorter.
“That is transformation: the same team, the same customer, a different speed.”
We maintain a structured knowledge base of engineering lessons documented from real production incidents. Each lesson was paid for once and never has to be paid for again, and our own tools consult it before writing code. Add to that a library of proprietary modules in production across several clients and countries, and a way of thinking: we do not sell licences or hours; we sell a system that runs the process and shows management what is happening.
“A competitor can become an Odoo partner tomorrow. What they cannot buy are the years spent understanding different markets.”
If you want to align your processes with technology so your system drives the business, let’s start by understanding your operation.
